Refund policy

We understand MOOMOO OFFICIAL products are unique, sometimes they can be more unique than we thought and may be the wrong size or even just not as we may wanted. We offer returns/exchanges on **select** products within a 7-10 day period from date of purchase, product must be shipped back before order refund is processed. Once item is returned we will refund/ exchange purchase(s) that are both under our policy and/or with order # receipt.
